The context
Tupperware needed to bring its online shopping experience up to one consistent brand standard across multiple Central and Eastern European markets — each with its own site, its own technical history, and its own local particularities.
My role
I led the transition of 11 regional websites, working through framework restructuring, purchase flow, and design for each site so they matched the updated brand guidelines — without losing what each market actually needed locally.
The scale problem
This wasn’t one redesign copy-pasted 11 times: every site had its own starting point. The real work was building a system solid enough to hold brand consistency across all eleven, and flexible enough not to break what already worked in each market.
The outcome
Eleven sites aligned to one brand identity, on a shared framework and flow foundation that simplifies maintenance and future updates across the region.
